Congratulations to Shannon on a very successful 12 weeks. Juggling a full time job, 2 young children and all the summer social activities, Shannon’s goal was to gain a healthier lifestyle – she did that and more. Strong work Shannon!
What was your expectation prior to starting the program?
After talking with my friends who had completed the program and seeing how wonderful and healthy they felt and looked – I knew it would help me. They had a lost a significant amount of weight but more than that, they looked healthy, happy and NOT stressed about food.
I’ve never worked with a coach prior, so I was excited to receive the feedback. I loved the accountability of a coach and Dianne was so quick with her responses and guidance.
What are some of the most powerful lessons you are walking away with?
Your body is a machine, and what you feed it determines how you operate. It sounds so simple but it’s true. Your body needs Supreme unleaded fuel, when you feed it diesel, it negatively impacts the system. My everyday energy changed for the better, my patience with my little kids, my sleep (HUGE), my skin, my allergies — I feel much better.
What is your greatest accomplishment?
Doing this for myself — I really needed it, stuck with it, learned more and more about it.
