Todd Trojano — Success Story

Congratulations to Todd Trojano on his 12 week TCL results!

When Todd started his journey with us he had already lost a considerable amount of weight and was looking to lean up and that is exactly what he did!

In the 12 weeks Todd dropped 10.3% body fat and gained 6% muscle and that was with a .3# weight loss! Todd is a perfect example of how weight loss is not the only indicator of change on this program. Outstanding!

I think it is also important to mention that Todd did all of this while working through a bicep tendon tear surgery that certainly limited a few things for him. But regardless, he came in, did what he could and stayed on target!

I am extremely proud of him and what he has accomplished! Proof that the commitment to the goal pays off... Big Time!
Continued success to you Todd!

From Todd:

Weightlifting has been a part of my life since my teens. I always thought I could eat anything I wanted as long as I remained in the gym. This caught up with me in my 40s as I watched my weight as well as my blood pressure both increase. When I started CF 2 years ago, I adopted a paleo lifestyle and very quickly dropped 45 lbs, my blood pressure and cholesterol also normalized. Although I really felt healthier than I had in many years, my strength in the gym decreased tremendously and that was very frustrating to me. That was when Cindy explained to me that my body requires protein for muscle mass and carbs for energy. Much more than I was taking in daily and I wasn't getting nearly enough protein! I felt exhausted all the time and my barbell numbers were decreasing rather than improving the way I had expected them to.
TCL and Cindy has taught me that you don't have to lose strength or energy to lose fat and that with the correct ratios, of foods, you should improve in the gym and your energy levels should increase as well. It has been a great learning experience for me and I am very grateful to Cindy for helping me accomplish my strength and weight goals! Thank you TCL.
