I've had great success with this program. I knew I had gained fat over the past year, but didn't realize how much until I looked at my before and after measurements. Hard work and commitment = results. Ive PR'd multiple lifts and WODs and my metcon has improved significantly.
I've definitely had my days where I just wanted to throw the towel in because I just wanted some damn pizza, but I stuck it out, and I'm happy I did (I may have had that pizza! )
My advice to anyone just starting is you really have to retrain your brain regarding weight; the number on the scale is just a small factor in the entire process. My weight constantly fluctuates, but there is an overall downward trend, you have to look at the big picture.
