Congratulations to Lisa Dargie for completing her first 12 week TCL phase!
Lisa has worked hard during these past 12 weeks and her photos show a small part of her successes….
- Lost 13 pounds
- Dropped 3.7% Body Fat
- Increased 1.7% Muscle Mass
- Lost 4.5 inches off her waist
- Lost 2.75 inches off her hips
- Lost 3.5 inches off her chest
Not only did she notice improvements in her running (actually liking it!) she finally accomplished the elusive deadhang pull up! AND has since done multiple workouts with pull ups, one being the benchmark Angie that starts with 100 Pull Ups!
She has PR’ed her Snatch, Front Squat, OHS, completed Randy Rx and has conquered Double Unders! ALL a great testament to the work and dedication she puts into everything she does!
Could not be more proud of her and look forward to what is possible for round 2! Well done Lisa!!
I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’ve done macros on my own with a lot of success. I didn’t think this would be much different. I had no idea how much the accountability would help me.
The support and accountability helped keep me on track through both Thanksgiving and Christmas. I’ve always gained weight from Halloween – New Years and then “start again”. With the help and support I was able to stay on track.
Support and accountability are very beneficial. Bulk veggies are your friend, especially on low carb days. Trust the process!
I hit my lowest weight in two years on Xmas eve, maintaining that weight through the day after Christmas.
My greatest advice to those starting this process…. Log everything before you eat it. You can adjust your serving or decide not to eat it, if it doesn’t work with your macros. After you eat it there is no going back. You can enjoy your favorite foods, but you need to get those veggies in.
The scale is frustrating, measurements and pictures show the most progress so make sure you keep track of those.
