What was your expectation prior to starting the program?
I expected to lose weight and I lost almost 15 pounds in the 12 weeks!
What are some of the most powerful lessons you are walking away with?
I learned that healthy eating takes a lot of preparation and dedication. Attitude is what will make you or break you.
What is your greatest accomplishment?
Commitment and sticking to the plan...it was hard but I was determined to see it through!
I have learned that I am capable of big changes as long as I stay disciplined. I started this so I could look good in my suit for my daughters sweet 16. I looked and felt great. Goal accomplished!
Goal number 2 is to be able to have my shirt off on my cruise in August. I may fail that goal but I will work as hard as I can to get as close as I can. My decision to change my weight has been a life changing experience. CrossFit is the only thing that has given me solid results as well as the eating plan.
You can't fly into flying. So there are still bumps in the road but at least now I know what to do to get back on track. Thank you for all the support.
