What was your expectation prior to starting the program?
I definitely thought I had a handle on my nutrition prior to starting the TCL program. I thought my coach would adjust my macro-nutrients slightly and I would drop a few pounds and maybe have my clothes fit better, little did I know the transformation my body and athletic performance would go through!
I've worked with other nutrition coaches before and they do not even compare to the TCL coaches. The TCL coaches are extremely responsive, encouraging and available! The TCL coaches truly care about their clients and want them to succeed.
What are some of the most powerful lessons you are walking away with?
Just trust the process. The hard work and dedication will pay off!
What is your greatest accomplishment?
I have had a lot of accomplishments in the last 12 weeks, most of them athletic performance accomplishments. My biggest accomplishment was beating my old Fran (21-15-9 Thursters/Pull ups) time by 4 minutes. I never thought I would have a Fran time of 3:19! Some other accomplishments include, strict HSPU, strict Muscle ups, snatching my body weight and having to buy new clothes because my clothes are too big!
